Meredith L. Mercurio
Meredith practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, tort defense, employment discrimination defense, and general litigation. She handles all aspects of civil litigation, including trials in state and federal courts, as well as appeals. Meredith carries the AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review RatingSM by Martindale-Hubbell®.
Meredith is listed as a Rising Star in Ohio Super Lawyers. Before joining the firm, Meredith served as a law clerk to the Hon. James D. Jensen, Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
Meredith received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Toledo magna cum laude with Honors in English. She received a law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law where she was the Executive Editor of The University of Toledo Law Review. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
