The firm's name, Cooper & Kowalski, LPA, links our most experienced trial lawyers, Cary Cooper, a founding partner, and Gerry Kowalski, a shareholder since 2001.
Cary Cooper will continue his commercial and healthcare litigation and arbitration practice.
With more than 30 years of experience and a respected professional reputation as a trial lawyer, Gerry Kowalski will continue his general civil litigation practice. Gerry is one of the firm's two members of the exclusive American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only association of highly-experienced trial lawyers.
