Cooper & Kowalski Attorney Presents at Ohio School Boards Association Capital Conference
On November 14, 2011, Cooper & Kowalski shareholder Margaret J. Lockhart presented a panel at the Ohio School Boards Association's Capital Conference in Columbus, Ohio. The panel included Perrysburg Schools Superintendent Tom Hosler, Kathleen Nichols, LSW of the Ohio Attorney General's cyberbullying unit, and Westerville School Resource Officer Sara Rath. The presentation focused on the prevention and detection of cyberbullying and sexting, proper investigation of claims, and appropriate remedies.
