Cooper & Kowalski Honored as
"Super Lawyers" and "Rising Stars"

Toledo, OH The publication Ohio Super Lawyers 2011 has recognized five members of Cooper & Kowalski as "Super Lawyers." Only 5% of the lawyers admitted to practice in the state are selected for that recognition.
Attorneys were selected based on their experience, representative clients, verdicts and settlements, transactions, honors and awards, special licenses and certifications, position within the law firm, professional activities, pro bono and community services, and other criteria.
In addition to "Super Lawyers," the magazine recognizes "Rising Stars." The selection process for "Rising Stars" is the same as for "Super Lawyers," except that the attorneys must be 40 years old or less or have practiced law for less than ten years. No more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state are named to the "Rising Star" list.
For 2011, more than a quarter of Cooper & Kowalski's attorneys are listed in the Ohio edition of Super Lawyers.
