Cooper & Kowalski has elected Brad F. Hubbell and E. Sharon Clark as shareholders.
Brad Hubbell practices primarily in the area of white collar criminal defense. He handles criminal matters in both state and federal courts. He also practices business, tort, civil rights, and other civil litigation. In 2007, Brad was listed in Ohio Super Lawyers as a rising star in the area of white collar criminal defense.
Sharon Clark concentrates her practice in corporate law, commercial transactions, litigation and dispute resolution, and employment and labor law. She counsels a variety of business clients, including large manufacturing corporations and mid-size technology-based companies. Her litigation practice includes commercial, personal injury, and professional malpractice cases.
